  • What are your safety and hygiene procedures?
For sanitation, I disinfect all my used products. I put all used makeup products and brushes into a ziplock bag to prevent cross-contamination. With the used makeup products and brushes, I spray 70% isopropyl alcohol on them and allow them to dry. I also deep shampoo all my brushes before every use. I also do not double dip any of my products and use disposables or my stainless steel palette and scalpel. Lastly, I always sanitize my hands before applying any product on my client's face. I take hygiene and sanitation very seriously and want to ensure both my clients and I feel safe. If you require me to wear a mask, please let me know ahead of time, and I'm happy to do so!
  • Do you offer airbrush services?
I do not offer airbrush services. Traditional makeup application has a natural and skin-like finish, where airbrush may have very full coverage effect. My style of makeup is used to enhance my clients' natural skin and facial features, not to cover them up or hide them. I've also found that it lasts just as long as airbrush makeup when applied properly. Traditional makeup application also allows me to target areas on the skin more precisely.
  • Do you do hair? If not, do you have hair stylist recommendations?
Unfortunately, I do not offer hair services, but I do have a few hair stylists vendors I love to partner with. When you inquire, feel free to ask for recommendations!
  • How long does the makeup last?
A full makeup application may last anywhere between 6- 9 hours. It depends on many factors including face touching, sweat, humidity, water/crying, and skin oiliness. I will try my best to make it last as long as possible, but I cannot guarantee a definitive time limit for your makeup. Retouching and on-site touch up services are also available. I also give my clients advice on how to maintain their look and retouch on their own.
  • What should I expect for my wedding trial run?
Bridal trial runs include an initial consultation, skin preparation, one full makeup application, and on-site travel to your location. I will consult with you on what type of look you'd like to achieve. During and after your trial run, I encourage you to tell me any adjustments you want. If there are adjustments you want to make, I record the feedback to ensure we achieve the perfect look on your wedding day. Please check out my blog for a more in-depth description of my trial run process.
